What Is Xypex Admix C-1000NF?
Xypex Admix C-1000NF is a cementitious crystalline waterproofing admixture incorporated into fresh concrete during batching.
Its active chemicals react with moisture and cement hydration by-products, generating insoluble crystalline formations within concrete pores and capillary pathways. These formations reduce concrete permeability and help resist water penetration from either side of the structure.

The current international Xypex data sheet generally specifies 1–1.5% by cement weight, with a 3–6 kg/m³ dosage range. Certain conditions permit a lower percentage. Regional specifications may differ, so AVA should confirm the approved dosage for each Philippine project before quoting or batching.
